How to reinstall or recompile already installed packages in Julia?

Can I reinstall or recompile an already installed package in Julia? I did not find any hints in the official documentation. whos()also did not show anything useful.

You can restart the build of the script package with Pkg.build("pkgname"). The actual compilation of packages is just in time, so they are executed when they are downloaded.
