Windows Sublime Package Control shortcut

On my Mac, I can open Sublime Text 3 Explorer using Cmd + Shift + P. How can I do this on my Windows machine? ctrl + Shift + P does not work for me, and google search did not give anything.

Ctrl Shift Pis the default binding for the command palette on Windows (and Linux). If it does not work for you, click on the menu Toolsand see which shortcut is listed next to the option Command Palette(this should be the first entry in the menu).
