Terrain translation

Question

I performed client side geocoding according to the official documentation:

Everything works fine, but there is one drawback: the results are always in the same language, the language is requested using the parameter language.

I need an area translated into several languages, namely the languages ​​in which our website is available. Here is an example: a search for “Geneva” gives the locality of the result depending on the parameter language:

• en: Geneva
• de: Genf
• fr: Genève

Is there a way to get all three translations with just one API call, or do I need to get translations separately?
