How to publish a web service on a website

I know how to create a web service in C ++ Builder / Delphi. But I do not know how to publish it on my website. I use a web hosting service, not my own web server. For instance,

I usually use the first option, "Standalone VCL Application". Can it be published on the website? What are the differences between these types?
