WinSCP: the server rejected the SFTP connection, but it is listening on FTP

I use WinSCP to upload files using the FTP protocol.

I got this error in the XML log. Any idea?

Network Error: Connection to "example.com" refused. The server rejected the SFTP connection, but it listens for FTP connections.

Do you want to use FTP instead of SFTP? I prefer to use encryption.

WinSCP uses SFTP by default, unlike most other file transfer clients that use FTP.
