How can I clear form data in ember js

Question

Hi, I am very new to ember js. I wrote a form for a new employee post. and send the data via route.Data saved successfully. But the problem is that after submitting the form, my form data is not cleared.

The code is as follows:

I searched for this on stackoverflow. I found some solutions, but they use save and exit functions. But I did not use the save method in ember.i, which is directly stored on the server side.

What is my mistake. Give me advice to clear the form data after submitting the form.
