Git bash for windows with a blank prompt

I used Git for Windows, there is a lot of time, but these days I had problems with it. Suddenly he stopped working. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it many times, but even uninss000.exe does not work. Look at the picture, and it is so eternal.

Has anyone had this problem? How can i solve this? I looked for him, and did not find anything.
