How to resize an image in php to put it in a custom size box while maintaining its aspect ratio?

I have an image sized 400 by 350 pixels. I have to put it in a 90px by 80 pixel box. Whenever I resize it using this code:

This is a simple function to resize an image in php. You just need to pass the size of the image you want.
