AWS Cloud Delete Error

Question

How can I force to remove the AWS cloud creation stack? Related resources have already been deleted previously, like DNS, route53, etc. Whenever I delete a stack, it fails because it could not find the resources.

The specified hosted zone does not exist. DELETE_FAILED.

This stopped the deletion and made the stack still active. How can I force clean and delete this stack?

Based on this thread, it seems that deleting the stack can be problematic if the stack changes.

It looks like you need to go through Support to remove it.

The AWS cloud education stack is not removed until all dependency resources are used on another stack or occupied with non-stack resources. Therefore, it’s better to see which resource is shared elsewhere and try to free it. hope help.
