CollectionView teases previous and next

Question

My question is a little simple, I think, but I don’t see how to achieve this.

I would like to have horizontal UICollectionViewwhere I can see my previous and next cell.
I have already set up a horizontal, supporting paging collectionViewand its stream layout.
I just "missed this thing."

Here is a layout of what I would like to have.

My problem: I cannot get this position: the current cell in the center and the previous and next appear. I played with - minimumInteritemSpacingand the - sectionInsetlayout property without success.
