How to add a whatsapp-like link to your Android phonebook contacts

I need help. I would like to know how to add a link similar to Whatsapp in the contacts of the Android phone book. I look ContentProviders, but it is more like adding a field. But since my requirement is for a link (for example: you can open a website associated with this contact person).
