How to get rid of this blue halo around the close button using jqueryui?

I am using jquery ui to create a dialog by importing this stylesheet . This annoying halo around the close button. It's hard for me to get rid of it, because as soon as I click on the halo, it leaves (something like jQuery ui), so I don't see the corresponding CSS rules. I tried to select a color with the chrome extension (and then search for it in the css file), but as soon as I click it will disappear.

How can i make a halo? Returning the default value of x is fine.
