Trigger cocoon add_association from javascript

Question

I use a cocoon and I want to automatically add a child entry when a date is selected (maybe several dates) in the date selection.

I can catch the date picker in coffeescript like this, but I don’t know how to get the child entry added through the cocoon, that is, by emulating what happens when link_to_add_association is started.

$(".form_multidate").datepicker().on 'changeDate', (e) -> alert(e.dates)

Cocoon customization is a standard nested form, without tricks, and works fine on the page.
