RichTextBox on Windows Phone 8 Reduces Long-Term Content

Question

I have the following XAML:

<ScrollViewer Height="Auto">
    <RichTextBox VerticalScrollBarVisibility="Visible">
       <Paragraph>
           Lorem ipsum ....
       </Paragraph>
    </RichTextBox>
</ScrollViewer>

If you set a very long text in a paragraph, say 10,000+ bytes, the displayed content is cut, even if the control height is fine:
