Google Cloud Datastore Console - Service Unavailable 503

Question

I am working on Google Data Warehouse Integration and I have the following issue with the Google console. I have another Datastore project that works correctly. I just don't understand why it is returning 503 Service Unavailable. I created the project through my Google accounts, so I am the owner of the account, it should work. Any ideas?
