Google Apps resolves SSL issue

Question

I get an unclear error while simultaneously providing SSL for a custom domain in Google apps, I clicked on enable billing, and according to a new Appengine rating, 5 SSL SNI certificates are free after enabling ssl, I got the following error

<- application name here → has insufficient budget to add additional SSL resources. Increase your app’s daily budget to be able to allocate VIP seats or SNI certificate slots.

appengine console claims $ 0.00 for 5 certificates per month (free)

I even raised my daily budget to $ 10, but still getting the same error, does anyone have any ideas?

Try it in 24 hours, it will be resolved.

We encounter such a random problem in the settings / administration panel of the Google application.
