TYPO3 cannot enable htmlArea RTE

I am trying to install the htmlArea RTE module in TYPO3 6.2 (LTS version).

In the "Extension Manager" it is active, but on the "page" when I edit or create a new text entry, WYSIWYG does not appear.

I am in Firefox, but I tried in a different browser and it does not appear either.

Please check the "User Settings" module on the "Edit and Advanced Functions" tab if there is a checkmark in the option "Enable Rich Text Editor (if any)".
