Trying to integrate justboil.me into tinymce and I get the error "/plugins/jbimages/ci/index.php/upload/english resource not found"

Question

I am trying to integrate justboil.me with tinymce. The dialog box opens normally, but after I select the image that is being downloaded, and it gives me the error message " inaccessible top access jbimages / ci / index.php / upload / english ". Any help with this is much appreciated.
