How to get different click positions in one ImageView

Question

I am working on an application in which I need to implement the Hot Spot feature. A “hot spot” is an image in which there are different sections, when the user clicks on different parts of this image, he will reflect in different results accordingly, so my problem is how can I get a click of these different parts that are present in one Image, also, if I get the X and Y coordinates of the same image, then how can I maintain it at different screen resolutions. I am showing a demo image with my question
