Invalid method for 'xpathApply' applied to an object of class 'NULL'

I have the following code that I do not know why I get this error:

for (album in album.names[1]) {

Any idea?

readHTMLTable(album.link)

causes an error. Try changing it to

tables = readHTMLTable(album.link, header = FALSE)

But it still gives you a warning:

Warning message:
In readLines(beatles.albums.page) :
  incomplete final line found on 'http://www.last.fm/music/The+Beatles/+albums'

What can you get rid of

readLines(beatles.albums.page, warn = FALSE) 

Also note that you do not “save” the tables, they change in each cycle, but perhaps this is what you want.
