Azure failed to start due to NetFx451

When deploying your project in azure mode, you will receive an error message

To fix this error, update your * .cscfg files in your azure project. In each file you find osFamily="3"(maybe something else), change it to osFamily="4".

Publish your project again and it should now deploy
