My tomcat is not working, it just opens and closes when I click on tomcat7.exe

I install tomcat 7 on my PC, it works in eclipse, but when I try to open in bin / tomcat7. ex, it just opens and closes, (I stop the server in eclipse), also, in eclipse I try to open the admin console, like URL: (localhost: 1234 / admin), it shows error 404, can any authority know this problem, please help me..

If you are using Windows, you can follow these steps to run "tomcat7.exe":

• Open command prompt (cmd)
• Set JAVA_HOME or JRE_HOME. For instance. set JRE_HOME = C: \ Program Files \ Java \ jre7
