Backbone vs. Angular: mobile webapp + memory management

I know that it seems to me that I'm going to understand which MVC-JS frameworks are better than other, useless debates between developers.

But in my case, I have 2 very specific questions that are little documented on the IMHO Internet:

  • I am worried about a memory leak in Angular. Is this really a problem, or is Backbone having the same issue for the same use case? (I read this one by the way)
  • We will also develop a mobile version of our web application. Of course, we will also use some MVC JS. Is there one library that is not really recommended for web mobile? (compatibility, memory usage, loading, etc.).

I am currently considering Backbone and Angular, but if that really makes sense, I am open to others. It may be clear how I formulate my questions that I have a better opinion of Backbone at the moment (for a number of reasons, I will not stop here).

thanks for the support
