How can I cancel the creation of a hero that was running on top of an existing application?

I have been using the hero to deploy my application for a while. I am at the point where I want to create a new setting environment. Hoping to request instructions for use, I ran heroku create. It turns out that this is all that is needed to create the application:

Creating sleepy-chamber-3162... done, stack is cedar
http://sleepy-chamber-3162.herokuapp.com/ | git@heroku.com:sleepy-chamber-3162.git

I do not think this is what I wanted.

So what have I done? My branches and git history seem to be intact, but I suspect that my remote might point to a new application.

How to undo changes made with heroku create?
