Cannot enter € symbol in PhpStorm

Question

I can enter the euro symbol ( €) in any other application with a standard keystroke, but not in PhpStorm. Nothing happens when I press AltGr+ E. What is the problem?

This is a known issue that is not considered a mistake . AltGr+ E- an alias for Ctrl+ Alt+ E. This last shortcut is assigned by default to the command Editprovided by the Perforce plug-in. You can check this at:
