If you created an album to have an album editable, then the presence or absence of an asset in this album is up to you. But the name of the asset does not depend on you, and basically you do not have such access to the library of user photos that would allow small-scale management of albums and their content. Only the user can do this (using the Photos application) - to the extent that even the Photos application allows it. This is why applications that do such things use internal “albums” to represent images. You can copy any images you like to your interface and show them to the user as your own album.
