Python Traceroute 7 Window Error

Hi, I am trying to run this traceroute code on Windows 7, but the python script does not receive responses from the router, this script works in linux and just shuts down in windows. in wirehark, I see that ping requests are being sent and the routers are responding, however the script is not logging them, can anyone help?

Edit: works in xp window, but no luck in Windows 7 !!!
