Using the Paypal sandbox, I am testing the REST API to see how it works, as long as it's a pretty cool and much cleaner solution than the classic API.
My problem is that REST payments do not start my IPN listener.
Payments come out of my personal sandbox account and go to my business account in the sandbox. The IPN listener is configured using the sandbox business account and works when I use the IPN tester on the Paypal developer site.
But when I start payments through REST API calls, IPN does not start.
Is this just not supported in the REST API?
