Are there CEP engines available in Go (e.g. Esper for JVM and .Net) for time series data processing?

Its not done yet and cannot compare with Esper, but my Tideland Go Cell Network is for event driven architectures.
The following parts will be more cell behavior, distribution, and event sources to ensure sustainability.
