How to install OS X TTS voices from Objective-C

OS X Lion comes with fantastic voices from Nuance. I would like to use them from my software, but currently they require the user to manually go to System Preferences, Dictation and Speech, System Voice → Configure, and then download Apple voices. I would like to name something from Objective-C so that those voices that are missing (like Chinese voices) are automatically loaded in the background. How can I do that?

By the way, available voices in the system can be found using

[NSSpeechSynthesizer availableVoices]

but all possible voices (for now) can only be found in the Diction and Speech dialog box. Here's how to do it manually:
