Android download application

I am trying to understand how this works. Android Wear: I installed (after many problems) the library for Eclipse, I connected the Android phone via cable to the Mac in which I will develop, and the emulator synchronizes with the real phone. I tried to send me an email to find out if the connection works and it works well.
