Visual Studio 2013 for GoDaddy Deploy

I have a visual studio 2013 ASP.NET Web Forms application that works fine on my local machine. I have a GoDaddy account with a domain name. I need to publish my application in GoDaddy. I found that when I right-click on a project and select'publish'

I have several deployment options for my project. But I do not know how to continue this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to deploy using the FTP publishing method.
