Facebook iOS SDK gives FBErrorCategoryUserCancelled for no reason?

I was rejected from the App Store because the tester was unable to log in to my application using Facebook Login (I use the latest version of iOS for Android iOS 3.13) They sent me a screenshot indicating “Facebook: logging in”.

I was looking for my application code, and the only way to display this message is if this error message was caused by the Facebook SDK: "FBErrorCategoryUserCancelled".

Assuming they didn’t click "Do Not Allow" when a Facebook request requested permission, why did Apple see this message?

Apple testers do not seem to have a Facebook app, but instead SignIn from the settings (Native) with their Facebook user being tested. I myself tested this method using several real iPhone devices and, in particular, on a device that they claim to use iPhone5s with iOS7.1. I do not see this problem.

When I told them this information, they replied: "We believe that this error can occur because we do not have the Facebook application installed on our devices."

What should I do? Do I have to resubmit the same binary and use a Facebook demo account to use them?
