Reinstalled WAMP Wordpress tables not found but found in PHPMYADMIN

OK, a weird situation, and I hope I’m just out of luck. I upgraded from Windows 7 to 8 and when WAMP did not work. I reinstalled WAMP without hesitation, and followed the instructions on the Internet to get WAMP to work.

Now, although my Wordpress site redirects me to the installation page. When I go to phpmyadmin, it looks like all my tables are there, but when I click on the wordpress database, it says: "There are no tables found in the database." If I click on one of the tables listed in wordpress, it will give me the error "Table" wordpress.wp_postmeta 'does not exist "

I check the database files, and they obviously contain data on file sizes.

See screenshots. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I redesigned our business website and would rather not start from scratch.

Yes, the problem was in old files:

ib_logfile0, ib_logfile1, ibdata1.

You should also make a backup, close WAMP, copy, paste and delete the ones that were created during installation. After that, phpMyAdmin recognizes the tables that we had before reinstalling WAMP!

When you reinstall WAMP, I assume that I placed it in a new folder or backed up the original wamp installation.
