Is there a translation limit for TextBlob?

I use TextBlob, a package for Python ( https://pypi.python.org/pypi/textblob ) to translate articles into another language.

After reading my documents, I found out that TextBlob uses Google Translate. Since google translate is not a free service, I would like to know if there is any usage limit for translating articles using TextBlob services?

Google states on its Google Translate API pricing page that you need to configure billing to be able to use the translation API. In other words, there is no free level of use.

Important: The Google Translate v2 API requires payment information for all accounts that can start using the service.
