Cannot force host to migrate from godaddy to Route 53

I am trying to move a domain, and so far I have set the name servers in godaddy the same from route 53.

I am wondering how should I indicate my name, should it be IP? I used S3 to host my website and pointed A to its alias.

I also have a cname pointing to www.helpsaverosie.com at www.helpsaverosie.com.s3-website-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/

I followed the guide here

I bought the domain through Go daddy, and it worked until the transition to Route 53, which can no longer be found on the website.

* EDIT For some reason even a bucket of s3 from www. does not work
