IntelliJ shortcut set not working

In IntelliJ, you can open the corresponding tool window using the keyboard shortcut Alt+ 0/ 1/ .... However, this shortcut does not work.
I am using Debian and I have confirmed that there is no conflict between IntelliJ and the OS key cards. My keyboard type is AZERTY. I tried both the numbers on numpad and the main keyboard. For those who were the last, I tried to use them with Shiftand without a key . I also changed the keyboard layout using EN, but without result.

For me, path search (ctrl + shift + f) and path replacement (ctrl + shift + r) stopped working all of a sudden. Restarting the IDE did not work. I made File> Invalidate caches and restarted to solve the problem.
