Fix horizontal scrollbar div at bottom of page

I have a table whose length exceeds the length of the page displayed in the browser. This table is placed in a div that looks like

<Div style="width: 100%; overflow: auto;">

As a result, when the content of the page exceeds the width of the table, I will have to scroll down the page using the browser scroll bar to see the horizontal scroll bar that appears at the bottom of the above div.

I want to always fix the horizontal scrollbar of the div at the bottom of the page. So that I can scroll to the right of the table even without scrolling down.
