Android Drag and Expand View

I need to implement something similar to the Android notification bar. I would like to make it possible for the user to drag and expand. The part that is not visible during the extension has more views. (The image below explains what I want to achieve.)

you can use a sliding box, I know it is outdated, but it still works well even in Android 4.4. Look at this sliding drawer tutorial
