Django deployment problem on Heroku with exact clone of running application: PUSH REJECTED ERROR

I have a Django app on Heroku. I installed another application on the same Heroku account.

Now I want another instance of the first application.

I just cloned the first application and clicked on the newly created application, but it does not work.

Get this error on execution git push heroku master

, distribute setuptools. distribute==0.6.27 setuptools>=0.7 .
