Adding Xcode 5.1 frameworks

How to add frameworks to the new version of Xcode 5.1? Now, when you select the project file in Xcode at the top, I see only 2 tabs now. Tab "Information" and "Build Settings". Was there a common tab in previous versions?

There is a difference between editing a project and editing a goal. You are editing a project; change the target instead. Nothing has changed here.
