How to use TSplitter component in TPageControl?

Check out the image below!

How can I put a TSplitter between two TGroupBox that are inside the TPageControl?

I also tried wrapping TGroupBoxes in TPanels and putting TSplitter between them, but without success.

GroupBox02 (and GroupBox 03) must also have a minimum height to display a datagrid inside it.

Some help?
