Eclipse Kepler: Unable to Install Java TPTP Profiler

I tried installing TPTP in two ways:

Using the first method, the profiling options are not displayed in the Eclipse IDE (I followed this guide ).

In the second method, I used the repository: http://download.eclipse.org/tptp/updates/. Then I check the box "TPTP 4.7.2 Features". Then the status bar displays “Unable to complete the operation. Calculation of alternative solutions”, and then the following window appears:

I would try installing an all-in-one TPT package for eclipse, but I can not find the download link! (Windows 8.1, 64 bit)
