How to enable the latest jquery using <asp: scriptreference> in asp.net 4.5?

Question

I want to include the latest jquery in my web application. Bydefault jquery 1.7.1 gets the load.

I know that the following code is responsible for this. but what should I do to download jquery 1.10?
