The fastest way to load 10Gb RDF into a virtuoso tripestor?

Virtuoso Open Source Edition (multi threaded)
Version 6.1.6.3127-pthreads as of Jan 14 2013
Compiled for Linux (x86_64-pc-linux-gnu)

What would be the fastest option to upload one 10Gb RDF file to a virtuoso triple store? At the default setting, the process did not complete during the day.

So far, I have compiled the following options:

• Using the web interface, use DB.DBA.RDF_LOAD_RDFXML_MT
• Usage 1. using isql-vt console
• Using the web interface with DB.DBA.TTLP_MT
• Using 3. with the isql-vt console
• Using "Quad Store Upload" in Explorer Web UI
• Download from URL
