Why does Win32 have no problem with the zombie stream?

Just know if we will call pthread_create by default pthread_attr_t, then it will Posixsave the exit information for another thread to request it, there is a leak of the zombie thread if we do not call pthread_join.

But, as I know, on the platform Windowsyou do not need to call WaitForSingleObjector GetExitCodeThreadafter the existence of the thread.

So how to Win32handle the zombie thread issue, will there be a resource leak?
