Meteor - access to the application using public ip

I can access the application using localhost: 3000, but I'm trying to test from mobile devices locally, without having to deploy it. But I could not access the site.

I allow an incoming request:

sudo ufw status verbose
Status: active
Logging: on (low)
Default: allow (incoming), allow (outgoing)
New profiles: skip

I found that my ip address is 128.84.125.239, so I visit 128.84.125.239haps000 and nothing happens.
