Jersey2 client throws javax.ws.rs.NotFoundException

I wrote an example of a REST service using Jersey2.

Here is my web.xml:

Here is my class class:

I deployed it to Tomcat and accessed the following URL:

http://localhost:8080/jerseysample/rest/hello

I tried writing unit test as follows:

    }

        String responseMsg = target.path("jerseysample").path("rest").path("hello").request().get(String.class);
        System.out.println("I am here");
        assertEquals("Got it!", responseMsg);

}

This class also throws an exception.

When I execute this class, I get the following exception:

I am sure that I am missing some configuration items. I looked at the cause of the problem, but to no avail. Can someone please let me know if I missed something?
