Turtle Git, cancel repo creation here

Question

I stupidly clicked "Create Repo Here" inside my SSH folder, where was my public key. Now all my folders have this little blue question mark next to them, and I can no longer successfully clone the repo. I get an error every time.

What should I do?

Turn on options to view hidden folders in Windows Explorer and then delete the .git folder.
