Enable XSD 1.1 Validation in Intellij IDEA

Question

How to enable XSD Verification 1.1 in Intellij IDEA instead of the default value of 1.0? As I know, in order to be able to check version 1.1, the processor should just take -xsdversion: 1.1, but I don’t see any configuration point in the IDE, how can I install it.

This feature was added in Intellij 15.

Settings → Languages ​​and Structures → Schemas and DTD → Default XML Schemas
